Training

Mentone Athletic Club members have full use of the Dolamore Reserve facilities during club training times:

Tuesday  and Thursday evenings – 5pm to 9pm

Sunday morning – 10am to 12pm

The facilities include the club rooms, athletic track, field equipment and gym.  All athletes must adhere to the club facilities policy.  The facilities may be booked by other clubs and school or community groups at other times.  For the latest bookings calendar, please click on the link on our contact’s page.

Mentone Athletic Club have accredited coaches in all areas of track and field including:
Sprint events, hurdles, middle distance and cross country running;
Throwing events and jumping events.
